1. 7‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with SnopTV. If you are not happy with the service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase (subject to limitations in Section 3).
After the first 7 days, all payments are non‑refundable.
- The 7‑day refund window starts from the exact time your subscription is activated.
- Refunds are only available for the first payment of a new subscription.
- Renewals, upgrades and add‑ons are not eligible for a refund.
2. When Refunds Are Available
You may request a refund within 7 days in situations such as:
- You are not satisfied with the quality or stability of the service.
- You experienced technical issues that our support team could not solve.
In all cases, we will first try to resolve any technical problems. If we cannot provide a stable and usable service for you, we will honor the refund.
3. When Refunds Are Not Available
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Requests made after 7 days from the activation date.
- You changed your mind after long‑term usage or simply “no longer need” the service.
- Your internet connection, device, TV box, or app is not compatible or not powerful enough.
- Your ISP blocks or throttles IPTV traffic and a VPN is not used.
- Your account was suspended for abuse, restreaming, sharing or violating our terms.
- Renewal payments or recurring subscriptions (you can cancel future renewals anytime).
- Requests for an insufficient playlist made after 3 days from the activation date. This reason is only accepted within the first 3 days.
4. Cancellation & Renewals
- You can cancel your next renewal at any time before the billing date.
- When you cancel, your current subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
- Cancelled or expired subscriptions are not refunded for the remaining time.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 7‑day window, please contact us with the details below:
- Your full name
- Your email address used on the order
- Order ID / transaction ID
- A short explanation of the issue
You can reach us via the contact form on our website or by replying to any email you received from SnopTV.
Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 1–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or PayPal, please contact our support team first. In most cases we can solve issues quickly and fairly.
Unjustified chargebacks (without contacting us) may result in permanent banning of your account and future access to SnopTV services.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
